Peaberry Select Filter Coffee
Only 5–10% of coffee cherries produce a peaberry, a single round bean instead of the usual two flat ones. That natural rarity means more concentrated flavour in every cup.
Peaberry Select is our purest offering. 100% Arabica Peaberry sourced from the estates of Madikeri. We roast it slightly lighter than our other blends to let the bean's natural character come through expect chocolate, a touch of fruit, and a clean sweetness you won't find in any coffee-chicory blend.
Selected from the top 5–10% of the harvest. Each batch is small, because peaberry doesn't come in bulk.

Brewing guide
A starting point, not a rulebook. We understand that coffee is personal, its your cup, your call.
South Indian Filter Coffee
2 tbsp coffee · 1 tumbler decoction · 10–15 min drip
- Add coffee powder to the top chamber, fill halfway
- Pour hot water just below boiling to the brim
- Cover. Let it drip for 10–15 minutes
- Mix decoction with hot milk and sugar to taste
- Froth by pouring between two tumblers
- Enjoy authentic South Indian filter coffee
Ratios are a guide — a stronger decoction and less milk makes a sharper cup.
