With a small roaster, honest hands, and a love for the craft that came straight from within, he began sourcing the finest coffee beans and tea leaves, roasting them with care, and serving them fresh to families across the city. Those families didn't stay customers for long. They became part of our story, and we became part of theirs.

My father and his brother grew up surrounded by the sound of the roaster and the aroma of fresh coffee every morning. It was never just a business to them. It was something their father built with his own hands, and they carried it forward with the same sincerity and dedication for decades. Now I stand here as the third generation, and that same roaster still hums every morning, the same warmth still greets me at the door, and the same families still trust us with their daily cup. My dream now reaches further than Bangalore. I want every corner of India to taste what three generations of my family have quietly built, because great coffee and great tea are never just products. They carry the hands that made them, the care that shaped them, and the love of generations behind them.

ಇದೆಲ್ಲ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದ್ದು 1975ರಲ್ಲಿ, ನನ್ನ ಅಜ್ಜನಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯಿಂದ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ತಾಜಾ, ಆರೈಕೆಯಿಂದ ರೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾಫಿ ಯಾಕೆ ಸಿಗಬಾರದು? ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ರೋಸ್ಟರ್, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ ಕೈಗಳು, ಮತ್ತು ಒಳಗಿನಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ, ಅವರು ಒಳ್ಳೊಳ್ಳೆ ಕಾಫಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಹಾ ಆರಿಸಿ, ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಫ್ರೆಶ್ ಆಗಿ ತಲುಪಿಸಲು ಶುರು ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಆ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಥೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾದರು, ನಾವು ಅವರ ಕಥೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾದೆವು.

ನನ್ನ ಅಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪ ಬೆಳೆದಿದ್ದೇ ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಸದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ತಾಜಾ ಕಾಫಿ ಪರಿಮಳದ ನಡುವೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇದು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಕೇವಲ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ತಂದೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯಾರೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಅದು, ಮತ್ತು ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಅದೇ ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯಿಂದ ದಶಕಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು. ಈಗ ನಾನು ಮೂರನೇ ತಲೆಮಾರಿನವನಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದೀನಿ. ಅದೇ ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಇನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡ್ತಿದೆ, ಅದೇ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ಅನುಭವ ಇನ್ನೂ ಇದೆ, ಅಜ್ಜನ ಕಾಲದಿಂದಲೂ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನ ನಂಬಿರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಇಂದಿಗೂ ಬರ್ತಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ಕನಸು ಈಗ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರನ್ನ ಮೀರಿ ಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಮೂರು ತಲೆಮಾರುಗಳು ಮೌನವಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದನ್ನ ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮೂಲೆಗೂ ತಲುಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಅನ್ನೋದು ನನ್ನ ಆಸೆ. ಏಕೆಂದ್ರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕಾಫಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಹಾ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಕೇವಲ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಲ್ಲ. ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಕೈಗಳ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶ ಇದೆ, ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಇದೆ, ಮತ್ತು ತಲೆಮಾರುಗಳ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಇದೆ.
